Cancellation: 24 Hour notice of appointment cancellation is required to avoid fee. 

No Show: No Show without canceling an appointment, will be billed for entire massage appointment fee

Returned Checks: Returned checks will be charged a $40 fee

Time of Appointment: Please arrive ten Minutes prior to your appointment, to complete papperwork or health interview. In order to respect the time of my other clients, those who arrive late will have that much less time for their service, and will be charged in full.

Gift Certificate: All gift certificates don't expire, unless bought at a discounted price...will expire one year from date of purchase.
